Raspberry Bliss Balls

Everyday food. Just 5 ingredients. Super easy to make.

These are such a great snack without any added sugars. You can easily substitute for any berries, I’ve also made these successfully with mixed raspberries, blackberries and blueberries.

1 C Dates

1 C Cashews

1/2 C Almonds

1 1/4 C Frozen Raspberries

1/2 C Dessicated Coconut

Big pinch sea salt

Soak dates in warm water for 5 minutes (softens dried dates, no need to soak if using fresh dates).

Chop cashews and almonds in a food processor or blender.

Drain the dates. Add drained dates, raspberries and salt into the processor and blitz altogether.

Place the coconut onto a medium sized plate. Using a tablespoon, drop 1T servings of blended mixture into the coconut. The mixture is sticky so spoon coconut over each serving until coated. Gently shape into balls. Place in the freezer.

Makes 18-20. Enjoy!
